University Medical Center will host a continuous chest compression CPR class on Wednesday June 3rd from 5:30pm-6:30pm in DuVal auditorium on the UMC campus. The demo will teach you the basics of how to perform this procedure that requires no mouth to mouth contact from bystanders. The continuous chest compression method is now the preferred choice for saving someone's life during unexpected cardiac arrest. This is an excellent opportunity for employers, HR managers, and corporate safety staff to update their workplace safety skills. The event is free and open to the public. Visit heart.arizona.edu to learn more about the CCC method of CPR.
