Our Success
The Partnership has a documented history of successful policy and program development. Highlights include:
• Helped to institutionalize local tobacco control ordinances which decreased youth access to tobacco products
• Initiated statewide law enforcement protocols to protect children exposed to domestic violence
• Institutionalized pregnancy prevention programs that now serve thousands of students each year across many school districts
• Technical Services has raised more than $60 million dollars of grant funding for Indian Tribes, state and county institutions, non-profits and PPP programs
• Coordinates the largest criminal diversion programs for delinquent youth in the U.S, The Pima County Teen Court which has reduced recidivism as much as 50% among hundreds of youth each year.
• Issued ground-breaking community research and reports on high-risk young children including children of prisoners and children exposed to domestic violence benefiting children 0-6 in high risk family environments.
• The only charter high school in Pima County with Career and Technical Education (CTE) certification
