The mission of the Community Partnership of Southern Arizona is to ensure individuals and families receive accessible, high-quality behavioral health services that are member and family driven, recovery oriented, respectful of cultural differences and foster hope and self-determination.
Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA) is the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for a five county service area that includes Pima, Santa Cruz, Cochise, Graham and Greenlee counties. CPSA is a non-profit organization founded in 1995 for the purpose of contracting with the Arizona Department of Health Services/Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) to provide all publicly funded behavioral health services within its geographic service area.
