Job: Clinical Director

Jewish Family and Children's Service of Southern Arizona, a growing nonproft behavioral health organization is searching for a pro-active leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to provide strategic management, program development and oversight of high-quality treatment and behavioral health programs.

With a staff of over 25 that includes Program Directors, Senior Therapists and Therapists, the Director must have strong administrative, organization development and team-building skills. The Director of Clinical Services is also responsible for Program, COA and State regulatory compliance.

Skills/ Requirements
Masters Degree in Social Work
Licensed by the State of Arizona
Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
5 years senior management experience in a behavioral health organization and/or having practice management/private practice experience
Eligible for insurance reimbursement
Demonstrated ability as a skilled clinician who can guide supervisory and work management responsibilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to develop and manage multiple program budgets.
