Job: Long Term Residential Recovery Program Supervisor

POSITION DESCRIPTION:



OVERVIEW



The Long Term Program Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and development of the Christian faith based long term residential addictions recovery program. Current program resident census runs 12-15 with an increase to 30+ students once the new facility is opened (expected in fall of 2010). This position reports to the Center Director.



The recovery program components include: individual life plan development, case management, Christian discipleship, Genesis Process Addictions Recovery Program (training provided), counseling, life skills classes, and computer based learning center.

DUTIES



Include but are not limited to: supervision of long term program staff; program oversight and development to ensure best practices; implement student continuity of care protocols; development and evaluation of program goals, objectives, and outcomes; conduct Genesis Process Recovery with individual and group counseling; teaching addictions and/or life skills classes;

QUALIFICATIONS



Mandatory: Arizona Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Certification; Associates degree; evangelical Christian; and case management experience.

Preferred: Bachelor or Masters in behavioral health field; experience in residential treatment; supervisory, administrative, and program oversight experience.
