Here is your opportunity to shine! Nurture a fledgling chemical dependency intensive outpatient program at Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital into a community star!
In this full-time position you will conduct assessments, provide treatment services and operate a quality program. The incumbent in this role will also:
- Coordinate inpatient referrals with hospital staff and assess patients on inpatient units for referral to the IOP.
- Design and implement curriculum
- Develop and track attainment of CD-IOP goals and objectives
- Lead psycho-educational, family therapy and process groups
- Facilitate implementation of payment processes in the prescribed manner
- Represent Sonora within the community at large through professional affiliations, educational presentations and attendance at relevant community events.
The program currently operates from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm 3 nights a week. Additional work hours to be determined with supervisor.
Skills / Requirements
Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
AZ license in good standing as a LISAC. Possess or obtain CPR, CPI and First Aid certifications.
Minimum three years’ experience providing chemical dependency and/or mental health treatment. Experience in intensive outpatient programs preferred.
