Jobing Description
At Wells Fargo Bank, our personal bankers sell retail banking products and services. They manage the customer's portfolio, build relationships, and cross-sell all products and services of the bank. Personal bankers provide a broad base of financial and credit services with the goal of acquiring 100% of our customer's business. They develop and maintain partnerships to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales standards. They use profiling analysis tools to identify cross-sell opportunities and makes outbound sales calls, typically by phone, to increase product per customer ratio. They provide a full range of banking services to customers with an emphasis on personal financial counseling and lending products. They may spend up to 30% of their time completing service-related tasks.
Skills / Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year bank sales experience or a minimum of 1 to 2 years related sales experience
* Excellent customer service skills and proven sales experience
* Knowledge of Consumer Banking products and services
* Demonstrated skill in organizing and prioritizing a heavy workload in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines, work independently
* Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills to effectively deal with a wide variety of bank employees and customers.
