Job: On Call Phlebotomist - Long Term Care

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced phlebotomists to serve our patients at contracted long term care facilities throughout the Tucson Metropolitan area.

This ON CALL position has an emphasis in working with geriatric patients and requires fingerprint certification or the ability to obtain one. On call hours range from 3 AM to Noon M-F and rotating weekends.

*Minimum age requirement of 18.
*Previous experience of at least six months in a clinical laboratory setting or completion of a phlebotomy school.Emphasis to have experience with geriatric patients.
Requires ADHS fingerprinting certification OR the ability to obtain fingerprint certification.
Must possess a valid Arizona Drivers License.
*Must exhibit a high level of personal maturity and responsibility.
*Good reading, writing and math abilities are required.
*Oral and written communication skills sufficient to understand written and spoken instructions in English. Good organizational skills are also required.
*Basic computer skills required.
*Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
