Job: Caseworker II

Our Agency is currently looking for an excellent Caseworker with experience in case management, conducting intervention, education and/ or prevention groups.

Responsibilities include organization and upkeep of client files, educational plans and school contacts, ensuring medical needs for clients are met, individual case management sessions, conduct education and/or behavioral health groups such as job and personal development, report writing, monitoring of client accountability, and communicating with constituents.

Hours for position: 0700-1600 Sun and Monday; 1430-2300 Tue, Wed & Thur; off Fri and Sat

BA/BS degree in social services or related field plus two years of working experience in one of the following areas:
