Job: Case Manager

The Casa de los Ninos Child & Family Services department serves voluntary and CPS mandated child placements. Services are family-centered and provided with sensitivity to cultural backgrounds. The Case Manager implements a caseload which includes the childs emotional, physical and mental health needs and the management and support of the childs caretakers emotional, physical, mental health and basic life needs. These needs are met through multidisciplinary child and family team meetings that identify services which can be provided by a variety of community service partners. The Case Manager completes assessments on the caretaker which are then used to provide information in which the team creates child and family goals. The Case Manager provides referrals and advocates for the child & family so that they are receiving the services and support they need to meet their goals. Some in-home follow-up support is required.

The position requires a BSW or a Bachelors in psychology, child welfare or human services. Effective verbal, written and communication skills are essential. Must have a valid Arizona drivers license and meet coverage qualifications of the Casa de los Ninos automobile insurance provider.
