Job: Support Engineers

Jigsaw Technologies, subsidiary of Hexagon, a global technology group in measuring technologies. Jigsaw develops and supplies software for fleet management, the largest area of measurement technologies market segment for machine control mining.

The position will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients worldwide. Duties include but not limited to: troubleshoot customer issues in both software and hardware; correct software applications; provide on site software upgrade; and server installation. This position is a first line of response to customer inquiries. This include being on call 24 x 7.

B.S. in an Engineering discipline required, as well as 2 year of relevant work experience. Must have strong knowledge of UNIX and Relational Database along with Unix shell scripting and Networking experience. Scripting languages such as Perl, and Ruby preferred. Candidate must be able to manage multiple customers. SQL Server, Postgres, Wireless Networks experience desirable. Knowledge of mining operations a plus. Minimal to some travel required.
