Job: Information Technology Specialist, Information Technology, Tucson Office

Will work independently installing, configuring, and troubleshooting basic networking hardware peripherals and protocols. Investigates hardware problems and performs minor system hardware and communication connection repairs. Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance within the organization's computer systems.

Requires three years of experience in computer operations, networking and telecommunication support, or providing technical computer support for users. Must pose excellent communication skills. Certifications in A+, Network+, and MCSE (4.0/2000 track) are desirable but not required. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted. Extensive traveling within the Tucson metro area offices and some traveling to other offices statewide.
