Jobing Description
The Case Management Supervisor, under the supervision of the COO/Medical Director, is responsible for supervision and coordination of all Case Management aspects of Providence. The Case Management Supervisor supervises case management staff and administrates all related process functions. The Case Management Supervisor performs liaison functions with referring agents and is responsible for quality management of all functions. He/she will perform related duties as required. The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for the management of case management personnel, services and program operations. The Case Management Supervisor develops and/or coordinates the work of all designated components and specialized projects; investigate and mediate complaints and/or concerns between staff and referring agents and collateral sources; will in coordination with the Training Coordinator develop and facilitate in-service programs related to specialized needs of component. The Case Management Supervisor will participate in all assigned management, supervisory, staff and team meetings; participate in in-service training and staff development activities as scheduled. She/He will participate in developing and coordinating programs, policies, procedures and practices in keeping with PROVIDENCE and community standards as well as with Contract and Licensure requirements. The Case Management Supervisor is an employee classification, full-time status.
Skills / Requirements
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of case management and supervisory experience preferably in Children’s Behavioral Health. Proof of education and credentials will be required prior to employment. Valid State Driver’s License and proof of insurance required. Fingerprint clearance required. CPR/first aid certification preferred.
