Nestled in the foothills of the Tortolita Mountains, in the magnificent Sonoran Desert of southern Arizona, Heritage Highlands at Dove Mountain is one of the premire active adult communities of the southwest. We are hiring for a Part-time HR/Accounting Assistant with experience. HR/Accounting Assistant Part time 16-20 hours/week Job requirements: high school graduate or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience with payroll or bookkeeping Proficient in word and excel Good customer relations skills Skills / Requirements
Experience required
Duties: manage bi-weekly payroll (entry, status changes and balancing) Assist employees and department with HR issues Perform new employee orientation and process all HR forms Perform other accounting functions such as: AP, daily revenue reconciliation and member deposit entry Assist controller when necessary Important Notes
