Jobing Description
Assists CPSA Member Advocates to ensure that members’ rights are protected and enforced in accordance with CPSA and ADHS/DBHS policies and state legislation. Participates in activities that assess member satisfaction of service planning and provider transfers.
Skills / Requirements
High school diploma or GED. Attendance and successful completion of the Recovery Support Institute prior to hire is required. Must be able to obtain full fingerprint certification and possess a valid Arizona driver’s license. The preferred candidate has knowledge of community resources and some experience in behavioral health. Also, certification as a Recovery Support Specialist is preferred, but not required. Bilingual – Spanish/English is preferred, but not required.
