Job Description:

The Chapter 13 Administrative Assistant position provides office support to the chapter 13 case managers and management staff.
Filing and scanning documents. Account review. Data entry with various types of reoccurring spreadsheets. Performs other administrative tasks and all other duties and related special projects as assigned.

-Must be a self starter and able to work independent
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Independently prepares reocurring reports in a timely manner.
- Professional communicative skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including word and excel
- Strong organizational skills/ability to prioritize duties
- Minimum one year of Administrative experience
