Employees ensure appropriate information flow to the applicable area for additional research. Meets established productivity and quality measures.

Appropriately assesses clients needs and recommends additional products and services offered by the company. Effectively directs clients to the appropriate party for sale of additional products and services and facilitates a warm, personable transfer of the call.
